About The Workout
The Murph all started in honor of Navy Seal Lieutenant Michael Murphy who KIA serving in Afghanistan. We continue this tradition in remembrance of Lt. Murphy and all those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

EVENT START IS LOCATED AT MICANOPY PAVILION
Parking: Free parking is available around and within close proximity to the pavilion
Age Range: 10 & up
Early Registration Fee: $45 through March 31
Standard Registration Fee: $65 through Event Day
