VICE PRESIDENT AND FOUNDING MEMBER
Time of Service: 2006-2010
Rank: Corporal/E-4
Units: VMFA-122
Current Occupation: Fire Department & Contractor/Business Owner

Tim McCulloch was raised in New Jersey and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2006, driven by a desire to serve something greater than himself. During his time in the Marine Corps, Tim served as an Aviation Ordnance Technician at MCAS Beaufort, working on F/A-18 aircraft with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron VMFA-122. In support of combat operations, he deployed once to Iraq, gaining firsthand experience in teamwork, accountability, and mission-focused execution.

After completing his military service, Tim continued to invest in his professional growth and skillset. He earned a degree in Business Administration and obtained certifications in both plumbing and HVAC—demonstrating his hands-on work ethic and commitment to being prepared to serve in any capacity. He went on to pursue a career in public service and is currently a Captain with the Bloomfield Fire Department, where he serves his community as a firefighter, EMT, and leader.

Tim’s dedication to service extends far beyond his profession. He remains deeply involved in both the veteran and civilian communities, mentoring veterans who are transitioning out of the military and providing critical emergency medical care through his role as an EMT. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life allows him to bridge the gap between military service and civilian life.

As Vice President and Founding Member of The Call On Me Foundation, Tim plays a vital role in uniting veterans and civilians around a shared mission: ensuring that Veteran families facing tragic and unexpected loss are never left to navigate hardship alone. His leadership, compassion, and lifelong commitment to service are foundational to the heart of the organization.
